About me
As a child, I was completely fascinated by music and audiovisuals. I fell in love with music by watching countless music videos and concerts with my siblings, and I also developed a deep appreciation for iconic films like Back to the Future and Star Wars, I started my first band as a drummer, and this passion led me to study Sound Engineering—my way of connecting my life with music.
But it was during my studies, while diving into audio and video post-production, that I discovered my true calling: video post-production. Everything just clicked.
My career journey began at Cinemat, one of Venezuela's top production companies. There, I had the incredible opportunity to work on large-scale projects like America's Funniest Home Videos Latin America and Brazil and The Amazing Race.
This experience was fundamental, teaching me the ins and outs of the production and post-production process and helping me build a solid foundation by working with seasoned professionals.
In 2015, I took a leap and co-founded Emotive Audiovisual, a video production agency focused on events. This venture was a crash course in more than just technical skills. While it tested my abilities across all stages of audiovisual production, it also taught me how to start and manage a business, and, most importantly, how to build lasting relationships with clients.
My next chapter started in 2018 when I moved to Spain and joined Google for Startups. My role centered on audiovisual coordination. I handled on-site technical support, managed event streaming, and advised startups on creating content for their social media, among other AV-related tasks. Over time, I began collaborating on the production and post-production of video content for various Google for Startups programs, creating materials for a global audience.
When I'm not working, I love to let my creativity flow. I enjoy creating music for my "Pocket Hero" project, experimenting with modular synthesizers, Running, and traveling with my wife whenever we can.
